Hi, I am not really one who usually asks for help, but I am running into a problem here. My husband and I have not been getting along and I really want to move out. We have a 1 year old little girl, and the house we live in is in his name, we have already discussed this issue and he said that he would not let us"my daugther and myself" live in the house. I and working, but am also a full time college student. We just had to file for bankruptcy due to some financial trouble, and so my credit is awful and I can not find anywhere else to live, on top of that we have absolutely no money. Not quite sure what I am suppose to do, but I know that I need help and need to get out. Any help would be much appreciated.
